We have all had enough of this year so let's go out on a high. Please join us for Festive Fun throughout December. We have a few ideas for you to get involved with and enjoy and it is most definitely a case of the more the merrier!

Duston Festive Windows
- We will be lighting up the DPC Christmas Tree on the bank at St Luke's Centre on 1st December . As well as inviting over 100 shops and businesses across Duston to decorate their windows, this year we would also love as many residents as possible to join in the fun. Let's get Duston sparkling with joy, it's great to see that some of you have already made a start!
- If you want to be a part of our Window Wonderland you can send us photos of your decorated house or neighbourhood. This will definitely make our daily exercise a whole lot more interesting; great fun for all the family. Email your pictures and the name of your street so that we can feature you on our Facebook page and add you to the trail - events@duston-pc.gov.uk
Please keep yourselves safe by adhering to the latest government guidelines and ensure that all photos sent have the relevant permissions.

Duston Festive Pets
Do you have a pet? Then get decorating that too and enter it into our Festive Pet Competition.
There is a £30 Pets at Home voucher for the best-dressed pet as chosen by our Chairman, Cllr Shaun Pape, plus there will be spot prizes for smaller animals and birds kindly sponsored by Heather at Duston Pet Shop
Please send us a photo of your pet together with its name and your contact details. We will be featuring them all on our Facebook and website pages. Entries by 25th December, please. The winners will be announced on Thursday 7th January 2021

A huge thank you to all of our furry residents for entering our Festive Pet Competition. The results are in... The winners of the £30 Pets at Home Voucher sponsored by DPC were Guinea Pigs Winston & Wes and congratulations also go to Poppy, Sonny & Pickle who won prizes kindly sponsored by Duston Pet Shop in Limehurst Square. Elf Day 2020
Release your inner elf and join us to raise much needed funds for the Alzheimer's Society. On Friday 4th December we hope you will dress up in your best stripey tights or festive costume and go about your business as normal - whether that be going to work or cleaning the car, popping out for essential groceries or chilling at home.
We want to see your snapshots, action shots, photobombs... encourage people to make a donation to this worthy cause and send us photos if you have organised a safe fundraising activity.
We are inviting you all to join in the fun to raise smiles across the village.
We would also like to raise some money so we have set up a Just Giving page.
