Connecting the Community

Duston in Bloom 2022/2023

Get involved!

We really appreciated all the help we had to get the bulbs in and upgrade the tubs and would like to say a HUGE thankyou to our volunteers old and new for helping us to make Duston even more beautiful in 2022.

But we still have work to do...

We will be planting new hedgerows and trees as part of the Queen's Green Canopy so will be looking for plenty more help.

We have permission to develop the area outside Main Rd Co-op (Woodley Chase end) Would you like to be involved?

Is there an area of Duston that could do with a tidy up? Can we enhance some areas with more planting or add to those areas that have gone a bit sparse?

Please contact Alison to register your interest for this year's Big Community Plant Up or to share your ideas.

Our Grow Together Allotment has an exciting monthly programme. For more info about single and group volunteer dates and activities click here

We know that many of you are collecting litter on your daily walks and we have plans for community picks so again, please let us know if you would like to join us.

Well done!
