Health & Wellbeing Talk - Reframing The Menopause

Come and join us for an informative presentation about reframing the menopause with Lisa Shefchick a Wellbeing and Self Nurture Coach from Pink Rooster. The doors will open at 7.00pm ready for the talk to start at 7.15pm. There will be a chance to have your questions answered at the end.
Pause...take a breath, connect back to your calm. Discover how to support yourself through the physical and emotional changes you may be experiencing during any phase of your menopause or 'second spring'. Listen to your body's inner wisdom, and leave feeling reset and rooted in self nurture. Self-Nurture is about connecting to yourself at a deeper level through simple techniques and reflective practices, learning to hear and recognise the nurturing voice within.
