white Lion HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) is a small group that study and practice the martial art traditions of the medieval and early renaissance fencing masters, in particular, those of the 15th century Germanic tradition. we train principally with sword and buckler, longsword, spear and pollaxe.

Training sessions help with general fitness and prepare us for medieval combat! beginners welcome, so why not come to one of our weekly sessions and give it a go? Places are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. for more infomration or to book your trial session, please email dropzone@live.co.uk
